At Inclusion International India, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to participate, contribute and thrive within their community. We work alongside disabled people, community organisations, schools, local authorities, sports providers and international partners to create inclusive opportunities that improve wellbeing, strengthen communities and promote equality. Inclusion International India is committed to creating more inclusive communities where disabled people and underrepresented groups have equal access to opportunities, participation and wellbeing. As part of the Choice International network, our work is founded on the principles of Action, Rights and Development.
We work collaboratively with communities, organisations and partners across India, particularly in Tamil Nadu, to address barriers to inclusion through sport, wellbeing and community development. Together with our partners in the UK and Sri Lanka, we support knowledge exchange, partnership development and collaborative learning that strengthen disability inclusion, community participation and sustainable development across India, particularly in Tamil Nadu.By connecting communities across countries and cultures, we create opportunities to share experience, build local capacity and increase impact.
Despite progress, many disabled people across India still face barriers to participation, access and opportunity. Our work in India seeks to address these challenges by strengthening disability sport infrastructure, building coaching and leadership capacity, and supporting grassroots, community-led initiatives, particularly in Tamil Nadu. Every session delivered, every partnership formed and every individual supported contributes to our wider goal of a society where disabled people across India can participate fully and equally.
