Inclusion International India is driven by a dedicated network of leaders, coaches, partners and supporters, all committed to disability equality, inclusion and community wellbeing. Together, we create opportunities and deliver lasting impact through inclusive sport and partnership-led development, strengthening communities across India, particularly Tamil Nadu, and connecting to Choice International’s wider work in the UK and Sri Lanka.
Inclusion International benefits from the knowledge, expertise and commitment of our Leadership and Advisory Team. Drawing on experience across the voluntary, education, sport, health and business sectors, our leaders and advisors help shape the organisation’s strategic direction, providing the governance and oversight that supports our long-term development. They play a key role in ensuring our work remains impactful, sustainable and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve, strengthening opportunities for participation, inclusion and wellbeing both locally and internationally.
Our team works across programme delivery, community engagement, partnership development and organisational support, from running inclusive sport and wellbeing sessions to building partnerships and supporting volunteers. Every member plays a part in Choice International’s mission of promoting disability equality, delivering inclusive programmes, strengthening community participation and creating sustainable opportunities for people of all backgrounds and abilities, both locally and internationally.
